Staff education

Our staff is the most important element of our camp and the key to our success. Each year our Team leaders, Group leaders, Section directors, coaches, and supportive staff go through a specially organized educational cycle. They are trained on various children related  topics, such as: managing different age – group children, crisis management, children psychology, smooth adaptation to the camp, child’s team integration, Reward and Recognition, helping children cope with various sports activities, creativity and engagement. Our Seminars are divided in two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. However we ensure that all seminars are interactive and that qualified professionals train our staff.

Through the education cycle we aim to achieve active participation and engagement of our staff, and also to create personnel that is able to take care of the children, be role models, facilitate them through activities and coach their development during their camp experience.
